Consistently excellent Market Lane espresso is the gateway to single origin drinks made with beans from Sample, Headlands and other roasters. Some will make you rethink what you thought you knew about coffee. For a bit of fun, a bright filter topped with miso caramel cream is the right kind of incongruous.
