The rider decided to introduce his “didi” after several people questioned whether his original video was staged.In June, the Blinkit rider had shared the reel moments after delivering the order. Visibly overjoyed, he sat on his bike as he held up the Rs 500 note that the customer had given him as a tip.“Thank you, didi. Even my earnings aren’t this much. This is the kind of earning I can make in two days,” he said in the video, while showing his phone, which displayed his earnings of just Rs 97 for the day at that point.The reel garnered more than 26 million views. However, some social media users questioned whether the incident was genuine and suggested that the video had been staged. The rider, then, returned with another reel where he introduced the customer who gave him the tip.He said that the customer, Geetika Sachdeva, had placed another Blinkit order in Kurukshetra, Haryana, which the rider happened to receive. When he went to her house to deliver her order, he decided to introduce her to his Instagram followers. The rider said he wanted people to meet his “didi” after many had claimed that his earlier video was fake. He then showed a glimpse of Geetika and thanked her once again for the Rs 500 tip.Turning to his Instagram followers, he said that this was the woman who had actually given him the tip and pointed out that his original video had crossed 26 million views.The rider also told Geetika about his Instagram account, which has 16.3K followers.
