Sales through the platform are expected to begin in September 2026.Eight variants from Ather’s 450 and Rizta model ranges have been listed on the CSD platform, with the 450 Apex excluded. Ather says it is among the first two electric two-wheeler manufacturers in India to have its products listed on the CSD platform.The CSD listing will allow eligible personnel to purchase Ather scooters with special discounts offered by the company, in addition to the GST benefits applicable to purchases made through the CSD. The move is expected to make Ather’s electric scooters more accessible to Armed Forces personnel and their families.Ather scooters available through CSDThe eight variants available through CSD are spread across Ather’s two main product families. The 450 range focuses on performance and riding dynamics, while the Rizta is positioned as a family-oriented electric scooter with an emphasis on comfort, practicality and everyday usability.
