AT least 12 people have been injured after an Air India flight took a sudden 300ft plunge during terrifying turbulence. Many passengers were reportedly asleep at the time of the horror drop. The aircraft managed to land safely at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport just after 11am local time. Emergency services had already rushed to the scene and were waiting on the tarmac. Some of the injured were seen being taken away in wheelchairs.
