Arsenal offer refunds to annoyed fans after technical issues ruin friendly as TV channel for Real Betis clash revealed

ARSENAL have offered full refunds to disgruntled fans after technical issues wreaked havoc during their pre-season clash against Girona. And the Gunners have also offered supporters the chance to watch their clash with Real Betis this evening for a discounted rate as the issues persist. A statement read: “We can confirm that all supporters who have purchased a pre-season package will receive a full refund following technical issues during Saturday’s live stream of our match against Girona. “The issue affected access to the stream through Arsenal.com and The Arsenal app, and is still being investigated. “Whilst we continue to work on this, Wednesday’s match against Real Betis will not be shown on either platform.” Arsenal had advertised the game against Girona for purchase at £6.99 prior to kick-off. Supporters could also buy a £14.99 bundle that grants access to stream four pre-season fixtures. Due to the ongoing issues, Wednesday evening’s game against Betis in Dublin will be discounted for fans. Fans will have to pay £9.99 for three months access to the streaming service, billed at £3.33 per month for three months.
