EXCLUSIVE: The 38th annual Vancouver Queer Film Festival (VQFF) will feature new films starring Alan Cumming, Matthew Morrison, Dylan Mulvaney and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez and exec-produced by Jane Schoenbrun, Lily Wachowski and Bob Odenkirk.
