In the 2019 Sunday Times Rich List, Carroll had a ­fortune of £19million. The 37-year-old faced ­ex-Towie star Billi Mucklow, 38, as he admitted five breaches of a financial order. He is said to have splashed out £5,556 for new wheels on his car, given £10,000 to his girlfriend’s brother and paid for his parents’ building work. Jenna Lucas, for Ms Mucklow, insisted: “Nothing was necessary expenditure. He has, I submit, thumbed his nose at the order of this court.” But Lauren Lanson, for Carroll, said: “He is not the most organised individual with control of his finances. “He has other people who do that.
