Alix Earle Rips Into ‘Toxic’ Alex Cooper in Fiery Statement on Feud: ‘The Way You Approach Business Is Disgusting. You Choose Money Over Morals’

Alix Earle has publicly commented on her feud with “Call Her Daddy” host Alex Cooper for the first time in the season finale of her new TV show “Earle Meets World.” Earle first began working with Cooper in 2023, launching her podcast “Hot Mess” under Cooper’s media network, Unwell. Cooper’s network dropped Earle’s podcast just two years later. Neither commented on the reasoning behind Earle’s departure, but the influencer hinted at conflict happening behind the scenes. In April, Cooper called out Earle in a TikTok video where she accused the influencer of starting “fake drama” and alleged she was reposting passive aggressive videos regarding their feud, including one that compared Cooper to an “ambulance chaser.” Popular on Variety “There’s no NDA. What’s the beef?” Earle never addressed her rift with Cooper, but she revealed a drafted text message she considered sending the “Call Her Daddy” host in her reality series. “I wanted to write you directly and let you know I don’t like you. I’m not gonna fall for your bait of getting into a back-and-forth online, and I don’t think you want that either,” Earle’s message read. “You are manipulative and toxic. Go ahead and say ‘it’s just a business’ all you want, but the way you approach business is disgusting. You choose money over morals.” She added, “You took advantage of me at a young age in a new industry I knew nothing about. You are full of false promises, and ‘Unwell’ was a continuation of that. We had a call where you threatened me to not go to war with you, because you know how sick and twisted you are.” “Go ahead. Share this, use it against me, but you will no longer scare or trap me,” the message concluded. “You’re right. I may be petty, but I’m not malicious. If there’s one thing I learned from doing business with you, it’s to never do business with anyone like you.” It’s unclear if Earle ever sent the text message. When talking to her family about Cooper’s public call out, Earle revealed she had stayed silent because she was “scared” of the podcast host, who she says told her, “You don’t want to go to war with me.” Earle’s father and manager, TJ Earle, revealed his daughter’s podcast wasn’t given the same amount of resources as other Unwell projects, and Cooper’s support for “Hot Mess” started to fade with time. He also claimed Cooper stopped inviting Earle to events and parties. “What I was thinking — which makes me so sad for me at the time — is I was so happy,” Earle said while getting emotional. “I trusted her so much, and all she did was just shit on it.” Earle also revealed she found out she was dropped from Unwell through the media and not from Cooper or her team. She also shared that during her 2023 appearance on “Call Her Daddy,” Cooper had Earle drink before filming the episode and then asked her sexually explicit questions, which made Earle feel “betrayed.” “I’m imagining myself in her shoes, to take someone in college who’s young, impressionable, you know looks up to you, and then ask them these raunchy questions,” Earle said on her reality show. “It’s stuff that I didn’t necessarily want to live on the internet forever.”
