Aetna to acquire health plan from Ascension, CommonSpirit
San Francisco-based Dignity Health, part of Chicago-based CommonSpirit, reached an agreement to transfer its share of co-owned Arizona managed care health plan, Mercy Care, to CVS Health subsidiary Aetna.
