The impact of the collision severely damaged the Bolero, leaving several workers trapped inside.According to preliminary information, seven workers died at the spot, while around 20 others sustained injuries. The condition of some of the injured workers was not immediately known.POLICE LAUNCH RESCUE OPERATIONWest Kutch Police rushed to the accident site after receiving information about the collision and launched a rescue operation. A crane was brought in to remove the workers who had become trapped inside the mangled vehicle. The injured workers were subsequently taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police said the rescue operation helped evacuate several people from the damaged vehicle in time.The bodies of the workers who died in the accident are being sent from Khavda to Bhuj for post-mortem examinations.
