It's the last stretch of the year, and Hulu is readying to release some of its final new shows and movies of the year. First, several shows that premiered last month are still airing, including Reasonable Doubt season 4 and FX's The Lowdown season 2. Stream all of the episodes you might have missed on Hulu. In November, Kim Kardashian continues her transition into scripted acting with the return of her legal drama. Later that week, the third movie in a beloved comedy franchise finally arrives on Hulu. As for the rest of the month, look for the second season of a witty British dramedy, an intriguing new reality show, and an action comedy movie starring the man who currently portrays Jack Reacher. This list presents the shows and movies in the order of their release. All's Fair season 2 Scandalous drama with A-listers All's Fair is a campy melodrama that plays more like a soap opera than a legal drama. While All's Fair won't be winning any Emmys, it did garner a huge audience, as season 1 became Hulu's biggest scripted series premiere in three years. Co-created by Ryan Murphy, All's Fair relies on the star power of its popular cast, including Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson, and Glenn Close. In the first season, Allura Grant (Kardashian) and Liberty Ronson (Naomi Watts) left their male-dominated law firm to start their own practice. With the help of Emerald Greene (Nash-Betts), the trio started Grant, Ronson & Greene. Not everyone supports their decision, as Carrington Lane (Sarah Paulson) plots her revenge against the trio for leaving her at the old firm. Don't watch this show for great legal cases. Instead, enjoy the political maneuvering, romantic entanglements, and ruthless backstabbing. The first three episodes of All's Fair season 2 premiere on Nov. 4. Super Troopers 3 Let the hijinks begin If you've never seen Super Troopers, stop what you're doing and stream it on Hulu. Super Troopers hails from the Broken Lizard comedy troupe, which includes Jay Chandrasekhar, Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter, and Erik Stolhanske. The movie centers on a group of Vermont state troopers and the shenanigans they get themselves into on a daily basis. It's a hangout comedy where the plot doesn't necessarily matter. It's all about the jokes, and this quintet knows how to brilliantly riff off one another. This past summer, Searchlight Pictures released the third movie in the franchise, Super Troopers 3. The main storyline involves Farva (Heffernan) becoming engaged to Thorny's sister, but in turn, Thorny (Chandrasekhar) tries to break up the relationship. Again, the gags are the reason to watch Super Troopers 3. The surprise is that Brian Cox, who plays Captain John O'Hagan, steals the show from the Broken Lizard crew. Super Troopers 3 streams on Nov. 5. Rivals season 2 part 2 Life's not all magic and fairy tales If you love lavish excess, raunchy attitudes, and debaucherous behavior, then Rivals should be your next series. The Hulu show is based on the romantic novels in Jilly Cooper's Rutshire Chronicles. I love when a show releases half its episodes in the first half of the year and saves the rest for the second half. That's what we have here as the second part of Rivals season 2 heads to Hulu. Without venturing too much into spoiler territory, the mid-season finale ended with a shocking death. That death fuels much of the rivalry between television companies Corinium and Venturer, particularly between Rupert Campbell-Black (Alex Hassell) and Tony, Lord Baddingham (David Tennant). The trailer promises a season of scandalous drama, sexy encounters, and manipulative power plays. The first three episodes of Rivals season 2 part 2 premiere on Nov. 11. Rivals Release Date October 18, 2024 The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County #MomTok moves to California For some of you, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives franchise might not mean anything, and that's OK. Just know that the group continues to gain a bigger cultural footprint. The franchise has become so popular that its spin-off, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County, is bringing the drama of Utah's #MomTok movement to California. Jen Affleck, who parlayed her fame on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives into an appearance on Dancing with the Stars, heads to the Golden State for the spin-off series. There, she forms a new crew alongside Aspyn Ovard, Bobbi Althoff, Avery Woods, Salomé Andre, McCall DaPron, Madison Bontempo, Ashleigh Pease, and Jordan McClanahan. It's a reality show, so expect tons of drama to follow. All episodes of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County premiere on Nov. 12. Subscription with ads Yes, $10/month Live TV Yes, various plans available Runner Alan Ritchson and Owen Wilson team up When it comes to action movies, what can't Alan Ritchson do? We know he can take out skilled mercenaries and thwart international conspiracies in Prime Video's Reacher. He can also play a soldier who faces an indestructible robot in War Machine. For his latest challenge, Ritchson plays a soldier in a rush to save a young girl in Runner. Former soldier Hank Malone now works as a "runner," someone who transports goods from one person to another. These items aren't always legal, and sometimes, they put him in danger. For example, Hank must escort Ben Bishop (Owen Wilson) and his cargo to the hospital. When the cartel begins following Hank, he learns that Ben is a medical courrier carrying an organ with an extremely rare blood type that could save a dying girl. The only problem is that the organ came from a cartel victim, and the cartel wants it back. Ritchson and Wilson are a winning tandem and definitely have a future together. Runner premieres on Nov. 27. Runner Release Date September 11, 2026 More shows and movies to consider I've been on a documentary kick. If you watched You Can See Everything, make sure to check out a new ABC special about Elizabeth Holmes, which arrives on Hulu on Oct. 31. Sticking with the documentary theme, Netflix's The One About Matthew Perry is a heartbreaking doc about the life of the late Friends star.
