Around 150 people were evacuated after a fire broke out at a 13-storey hotel in Wembley.Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters raced to the hotel on Empire Way after flames broke out on the second floor.Guests and staff had already fled the building before fire crews arrived, with around 150 people evacuating safely.The London Fire Brigade received the first of 29 calls reporting the blaze at 12.34pm. Firefighters brought the blaze under control by 1.21pm.The cause of the fire is under investigation.This is a breaking news story, more to follow.
