‘Zero tolerance’ for youths with weapons after stand-off at site of fatal bus hub stabbing
A youth who brandished a knife at the scene of a fatal stabbing in Dunedin’s bus hub, remains on the run. But a 14-year-old boy involved in the same stand-off was found with a small tomahawk in his backpack, police say.
