In a post on X, the Yemeni Saudi-backed forces said they targeted "gatherings and dens" belonging to Houthis in the area. Earlier, they announced carrying out a number of drone attacks on Houthi fighters in Marib. The forces also claimed to have killed and wounded dozens of Houthis after launching 181 operations across several governorates over the weekend.
