Police did not disclose the reason for his detention. The back rider allegedly shot her twice in the head, killing her instantly. The suspects fled immediately after the attack. Witnesses described the motorcycle driver as wearing a black T-shirt, while the gunman was wearing a white jacket and a white helmet. Investigators are reviewing available closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage in the area to help identify the assailants.
