Her husband later noticed a suspected strangulation mark on her neck.According to the preliminary investigation, the crime may have taken place between 5 pm and 6 pm on Tuesday.The incident came to light late at night when a tenant went to Uma Kushwaha's house to switch on the water motor. She found Uma sitting on a chair and called out to her several times.When there was no response, she informed Uma's husband, Shivmangal. Shivmangal rushed home and initially suspected that his wife may have suffered a medical emergency. However, on checking her closely, he noticed a dark bluish mark around her neck.He also found household belongings scattered inside the house, raising suspicion that a robbery may have preceded the murder. Police and forensic teams reached the house around 11 pm after being informed about the incident.
