A north Brisbane woman has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly trying to gas her sons.Police allege the 47-year-old Mitchelton woman attempted to murder the two boys – aged 12 and 15 – by exposing them to a “noxious substance”.The woman was due to appear in Brisbane’s Magistrates Court on Thursday afternoon.Dan PeledThe act was reported to police by a 70-year-old man who detected the poisonous substance when he attended the home on September 24.The children did not require medical treatment, and are safe and well, police said.
