Woman believed to be high on crack while shopping at Meijer with her children
Officers responded to Meijer Sept. 7 for a report of a woman at Meijer with her children while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. They located the Cleveland Heights woman, 33, and were given permission to search her vehicle because surveillance video showed that she appeared to have been something in the parking lot.
