Woman arrested at South Euclid Walmart believed to involved in multi-state theft ring

A Cleveland woman, 20, was arrested for theft at Walmart Aug. 2 after she tried to pick up a video game console for delivery using a counterfeit Walmart app. She had committed a similar crime at the store earlier in the month and Walmart had an internal be-on-the-lookout posted for her.
