Woman among four injured in ‘machete attack’ – as cops swoop on street next to woodland & four people arrested

According to reports, the weapon in question was a machete. West Yorkshrie Police said three men – aged 30, 53 and 56 – and a woman, aged 26, have now been arrested. The three injured men were raced to hospital for treatment. Forensic officers could be spotted combing the street for several hours following the incident. A police spokesperson said: “Police have made arrests and are appealing for witnesses after an affray incident in Halifax. “Detectives at Calderdale CID would like to speak to anyone who has footage or information about the incident in which a group of people were fighting near Maltings Road in Halifax on Monday afternoon.
