MANILA, Philippines — A prosecution witness in the malversation case against former Sen. Bong Revilla said he delivered what would later be revealed as large sums of cash to Revilla, Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, then Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan, the now-deceased former Undersecretary Cathy Cabral, and former Education Undersecretary Trygve Olaivar from 2023 to 2025.
