William and Kate head to Bute for first official trip to island

The island has hosted the Buteman Cup since 1900.William and Kate are expected to meet representatives from the club’s senior and youth teams before spending time with volunteers and former players in the clubhouse.The Duke and Duchess, along with their three children, were recently at Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire along with the King and Queen.The royal family attended a church service at Crathie Kirk, which is opposite the Balmoral estate, at the end of August.
