The injury was sustained during training, with the fracture occuring after Hadjar punched a sand-filled heavy bag during drills. The Frenchman is reportedly a keen boxer who uses the sport as a way to keep fit enough to race for Red Bull. His injury will see Liam Lawson temporarily promoted to the second seat next to Max Verstappen, with Yuki Tsunoda making a brief return to the grid in Lawson’s absense for Visa Cash App Racing Bulls.
