Who’s in the Celebrity Traitors season 2? Meet the line-up for the 2026 series

After the incredible success of the first spin-off series last year, which saw Alan Carr take home the trophy and remain undetected by the Faithfuls, the celebrity version of the murder mystery style game is back for another round. With the first episode just around the corner, let’s make sure you know all the names heading to the castle to see who can win the £100,00 prize for their chosen charity. Who’s in the Celebrity Traitors season 2 cast? After much speculation over who will be in the line-up for the hugely successful show, fans have been treated to a star-studded roundtable for the second series. Producers have picked an array of icons to take part in the second series. From Hollywood actors to content creators, there’s plenty of names you’ll recognise. Richard E. Grant will be entering the Scottish castle and fighting for his spot at the roundtable. James, 41, hosts the hugely successful Off Menu podcast, which he co-presents with The Traitors: Uncloaked host Ed Gamble. Fans will be keeping their eyes on Acaster in the series after reports emerged that he became ‘visibly stressed while shooting.’ Bella Ramsey They’ve played some amazing characters in their career (Picture: Yui Mok/Pa Wire) At 22-years-old, actor Bella Ramsey will be the youngest in the castle. Will the Game of Thrones actor ask Claudia Winkleman for a role as Faithful or Traitor in this game of deception? Michael Sheen Could the proud Welshman be one of the ‘big dogs’ this series?(Picture: BBC) Welsh actor Michael Sheen is also heading into the turreted castle for an elaborate game of wink murder. The 57-year-old is used to performing in front of an audience – will he crack under the pressure as 20 pairs of beady eyes watch his every move in the Traitors castle? He featured heavily in some of the first trailers, and that made fans worried that the charismatic Twilight star may be targeted for an early exit. The Parenting Hell podcast co-host, 40, will be at the roundtable with many of his contemporaries, including bestie Romesh Ranganathan. The American movie star, 69, will be spending time in the Scottish castle as she gives it her all to win the prize money for charity. The Industry star, 30, became popular among young audiences after she rose to fame as Harper Stern in the hit HBO series. Miranda Hart She’s got hilariously funny bones – can she giggle her way to the final like Alan? The BBC star, 53, is known for her side-splitting series, Miranda, and for publishing an array of books over the years. /, the sitcom star also spoke about the challenges of appearing on the show while living with myalgic encephalomyelitis, often known as chronic fatigue syndrome. ‘I haven’t done much TV work for a long time, having only recently come out of long-term ill health issues, and when I was offered this, my whole body sort of relaxed, I smiled, and I just wanted to jump about like a schoolgirl with joy,’ she said. Maya, 31, is used to being involved with reality show games, but how will she fair when she’s truly in the thick of it? Joe Lycett This passionate Brummie is heading to Scotland! The Birmingham-born bab will be a treat for viewers to watch as he attempts find out who is lying – or will he be the one fooling the crowd? The 29-year-old is the second social media star to enter the series, after Niko took part last year – will he manage to make it further? Amol Rajan Will Amol be swapping early mornings at Broadcasting House for late nights in the turret? The 56-year-old is a former Coronation Street star. In 2024 she played Suzanne Sercombe, the partner of Alan Bates, in Mr Bates vs The Post Office. The You’re Beautiful hitmaker, 52, is loved by fans for his sarcasm and famous comebacks on X. Will he be able to think on his feet while he’s being questioned at the roundtable? Professor Hannah Fry Working out who to trust is a tricky problem to solve! The Rest Is Science podcast co-host, 42, is Professor of the Public Understanding of Mathematics at University of Cambridge. But can she convince fellow faithfuls and potential traitors that she is who she says she is? Sharon Rooney Fans are rejoicing that the Scottish actress will be back on their screens (Picture: Matt Crossick/Pa Wire) My Mad Fat Diary star, Sharon Rooney, is joining the cast of Celebrity Traitors as they complete challenges in the Highlands and get heated at the roundtable – all for a good cause. The actor, 37, won’t be too far from home – Sharon is from Glasgow, a mere 193 miles south of their filming location. Ross Kemp Will the EastEnders star remain faithful? (Picture: Crime+Investigation/Hearst Networks) Actor and presenter Ross Kemp is amongst the 21 contestants in this year’s spin-off series of the wildly popular BBC show. The 61-year-old is best known for his role as Grant Mitchell in the British soap EastEnders. Sebastian Croft The Heartstopper star shares common ground with Bella (Picture: Lucy North/Pa Wire) Actor and singer Sebastian Croft is joining Bella as one of the younger contestants at age 24. Like them, he was also in Game of Thrones. As well as acting Sebastian makes music, and posts his melodic performances onto Instagram for his 1.6m followers to see. When does Celebrity Traitors season 2 start? Celebrity Triaots will start on Thursday October 1, 2025 on BBC One form 8pm. It’ll then be on every Thursday and Friday evening, with the series consisting of 10 episodes, meaning it’ll come to an end on October 30. Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked will also return, once again hosted by Ed Gamble, and will immediately follow after each episode. When confirming the cast, the BBC said: ‘Host Claudia Winkleman will welcome an exciting and eclectic mix of people and personalities. Last year, Alan Carr chose Neuroblastoma UK and ended up winning £87,500 for the organisation which is dedicated to finding a cure for the aggressive childhood cancer.
