Susan and her husband have already pledged more than $6 billion to help fund the so-called ‘Trump Accounts’ for children in the United States. The new investment accounts were created in 2025 as a traditional IRA account and are offered to U.S. citizen children born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028. Michael Dell, the founder of Dell Technologies, and his wife Susan have been strong proponents of the accounts. Susan’s appearance in the White House sparked conversation after Trump appeared to endorse her for office. Trump asked Michael: ‘Is she thinking about running for office?’ Michael replied no, to which Trump added: ‘I’ll endorse her immediately. The billionaire’s cheekbones appeared noticeably sharper, and her green eyes were much wider than in previous photos of her. Some accused Susan of having what’s been dubbed as ‘Mar-a-Lago’ face, after Trump’s golf course and resort in Palm Beach; the excessive filler and plastic surgery have become a staple of the President’s staunchest supporters. Plastic surgeons in Washington revealed last year that a larger wave of Trump insiders are asking for procedures to get the look. Plastic surgeon Troy Pittman told Axios that the trend of subtle cosmetic work is fading, as more and more clients ask to look as though they ‘had something done’.
