Screenshots shared by the candidate appear to show the email timestamp at 2:59 pm, informing him that his admit card was available for download. Another screenshot from the examination portal allegedly shows that Rajesh had been allotted Latehar as his examination city. The third shift was scheduled from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, with the gate closing at 3 pm.The notification reached the candidate just one minute before the gate-closing time, leaving virtually no opportunity to report for the examination.EXAM CENTRE NEARLY 240 KM AWAY Rajesh says he was working as a daily wage labourer in Jamshedpur when he received the email. His allotted examination centre was in Latehar, approximately 240 kilometres away, a journey of nearly five hours by road.Given the distance and the timing of the email, he says it was impossible for him to reach the examination centre and appear for the test.Rajesh claims he had spent months preparing for the examination and believes that receiving the admit card on time would have allowed him to participate.SERIOUS QUESTIONS FOR THE COMMISSIONThe incident has raised several questions about the functioning of the recruitment process.
