To reach the place, head west of Fina, on the north coast. Although you can travel to the Eochaid Posthouse and go to Cape Damaise, you will spend more turns than you would if you chose to visit the Traveler's Garden instead, making it the least optimal farming spot. Collecting one will require a few tries, so consider saving before using the "Search" command to quickly load the game if you don't find any after a few tries.
