Throughout this horror action game, you will come across several puzzles that you'll need to complete. Some of these are tied to safe and cabinet keypads that require a four-digit code to enter. So if you're struggling to find these codes on your own or just don't want to bother looking for them, here is the correct code for every locked cabinet and safe in the game. All Safe Codes When it comes to unlocking the keypad safes, you can almost always find the code within the general vicinity of the actual lock. Unlike similar horror games, you won't need to do really a lot of backtracking to the safe once you've found the code. However, this means the code is often hidden in the environment beyond just having it written down on something. Additionally, you will need to successfully unlock five safes or cabinets by inputting the correct code to unlock the Codebreaker achievement. If you follow this guide, you will naturally unlock this by just hitting the first five cabinets listed below! Hallway Cabinet Code: 9901 The first locked cabinet you will find that requires a code will be when you're trying to escape the cult after they kidnap you. Make your way to a hallway filled with large oil paintings and to the left will be the cabinet. You can find the code by looking at the plaques on each of the paintings. Basement Cabinet Code: 9891 Code number two will be found after you stealth kill the woman kneeling by the dead body in the bathtub. Kill her and make your way into the next room to find another locked cabinet along the wall. You can find the code tattooed on the back of the corpse in the bathtub in the same room. Cabin Safe Code: 9606 Your next code is located after you make your way through the graveyard with all the cultists. When you arrive at the cabin, head inside and there will be a small safe on the table. You can find the two parts of the code on the back of the picture and in the note you read after picking up the shed key. Bruno's Music Room Cabinet Code: 1966 This code is located inside Bruno's house on the second floor. Make your way to the music room in the back right corner to find a note next to the cabinet. He will explain that the code is 300 plus the date of the painting in his office. Go into this room and examine the large painting of all the buildings on fire. On the back will be the number 1666. Meaning, once you add 300 to it the code will be 1966. Snake Room Code: 1952 In the room where you get the Peep Show ticket, you will find a locked cabinet in the adjoining room. Disarm the bear trap in front of it and examine the photo on the wall. The date on the banner will be scratched out, but there's a duplicate of this picture in the locker rooms by the actual Peep Show door. In the photo, you can see the date is 1952, which is the code. Private Rooms Code: 1923 Your next locked cabinet can be found in one of the small side rooms after you unlock the Private Rooms wing of the cult's base. Inside, look for a door with "Try everything you who enter" painted in white to the left. Inside will be the cabinet. The next room over will have a photo showing four businessmen with numbers written over them. We only care about the numbers in front of the two with Leviathan pins. This means the code is 1923. Cult Compound Locked Door Code: 1362 This is one of the easiest locked areas to miss. Once you escape the Leviathan's gaze and are sent back to kill Bruno and Marlowe, kill the guards patrolling the grounds and speak to the vendor. When you're done talking, go right and look for a hole in the wall. Go inside to find the locked room. As for the code, this can be pieced together by looking at the backs and bottoms of two small statues that can be interacted with. Videotape Cabinet Code: 8571 This safe is located right after you defeat Bruno the second time, and he runs off with the Genesis Configuration. Chase after him until you reach a fancy room where he is clearly doing a lot of his painting. Near the door will be a television you can interact with. Push the VHS tape in to have the screen display a big 85 on it. Go into the next room, hang a right, and push the next tape into the VHS player by the second TV to display a 71. You can find the safe to input this code to the right of where the final health upgrade pillar is. Operating Room Code: 2342 This locked cabinet can be found after Marlowe turns into a massive beast and begins rampaging through the cult's base. Follow him into the operating theater and go into the small break room. You will find the locked cabinet in the back left corner below the television showing a display of the surgical table. While facing the locked cabinet, turn around and look at the holes in the wall that Marlowe made. You'll see the numbers for the code painted on the wall. They are entered in order from the farthest wall to the closest, not just left to right as you might assume! Sewer Cabinet Code: 1512 As you continue to chase Marlowe through the sewers, you will eventually reach an area where you can turn the power off and on in a large pool of water. To the right of the save point through the barred door, you will find another cabinet with a keypad lock. The code can be found in the large room with the electric current. On the wall, there will be some writing about a person gloating that they beat their score. Putting in both the winning score and the number they beat on the keypad will unlock the cabinet.
