Documents and Clues are the primary collectibles in Silent Hill: Townfall and will play a major role in solving puzzles and discovering what's really going on in St. Amelia with Simon, Zoe, and Richard. There are 85 documents and clues in total, which will be found in your inventory once they're collected, and you'll need to find them all if you hope to unlock every achievement in the game. Since the game is broken up into segments, you won't be able to backtrack for documents you missed, but they do carry over into New Game+. All documents listed under "Clues" instead of "Documents" will be highlighted in red.
