More importantly, he's still waiting for a new Ape Escape game to release. There are a lot of collectibles to find in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake. From Pieces of Heart to Gold Skulltulas to all the different ammo capacity upgrades, you can easily spend several extra hours hunting everything down. While some of these can be overlooked, one collectible you'll want to acquire is the Empty Bottles. There are five in total, four of which can be missed if you're not willing to explore or engage in side activities. So you want to ensure you have every bottle available; here is where to find all of them. All Empty Bottle Locations Empty Bottle 1 Location Your first Empty Bottle can be acquired as soon as you visit Hyrule Castle Town after the Great Deku Tree. When you arrive, make your way into the town square and look for the store with the large potion display over the door. Go inside the Potion Shop to find the vendor freaking out behind the counter about an escaped bug. Talk to him to learn that he needs help locating the insect and will offer you the Empty Bottle to do so. Turn around from the counter and use the bottle by pressing ZR to swipe it across the ground next to the bug crawling around. This will put it into the bottle, and the vendor will reward you with a free Red Potion for your troubles. You can also now use the Hyrule Castle Town potion shop whenever you want. Empty Bottle 2 Location The second Empty Bottle can be unlocked once you venture into Kakariko Village for the first time. Go to the south and speak to the red-haired woman by the empty pen to learn that all seven of her Cuccos have escaped. Thankfully, locating all of them and throwing them back into the pen will earn you an Empty Bottle. Using the photo above, you can find all the Cuccos here: Right outside the main gate, you enter from by the tree where the Foreman is hanging around To the north, on the raised section of the village outside the house and by the soldier by the gate to Death Mountain. Outside the building that's under construction. Look for it around the bricks and equipment Using any of the previous Cuccos you've found, carry the bird to the raised house to the south and use it to float onto the pile of stacked bricks. The Cucco will be on top of them. Using any of the previous Cuccos you've found, go east and up the stairs outside the windmill. Use the Cucco to float over the high fence and reach the other side where the fifth bird is located. On the side of the fence where you found the fifth bird, climb up the set of ladders to reach the high, east wall. The sixth bird will be there next to the windmill. Inside of the crate to the left of the house with the red door. Roll into the crate to destroy it and free the Cucco. Once you have returned all the Cuccos, go talk to the red-haired woman again and she will reward you with your next Empty Bottle! Empty Bottle 3 Location Your third Empty Bottle is located at Lon Lon Ranch in the past. Located in the middle of Hyrule Field, make your way to the ranch during the daytime and go into the first door on the left when you enter. Inside you will find Talon sleeping among a ton of Cuccos. Speak to Talon to wake him up, which will prompt the ranch owner to ask if you want to play a mini-game. The game requires you to find three "Super Cuccos" that he will randomly throw out into the group of birds in the room. You will then have thirty seconds to pick up all three correct birds, which will earn you another bottle that will be filled with milk. While the Super Cuccos are basically indistinguishable from the normal ones, you can get an idea of where they were when Talon throws them at the start. Pay attention to what direction the birds are going and then start picking up whatever Cuccos are where they could have landed. There aren't a lot of Cuccos, so there's a good chance you will easily grab the right ones. Upon finding all three Super Cuccos you'll earn the third bottle. Empty Bottle 4 Location This one is unmissable, as you will get this Empty Bottle by progressing through the main story. Once you arrive in Zora Domain, you will be tasked by King Zora to find his daughter. To do this, you'll need to first earn the Silver Scale via the diving mini-game. This can be found by going up to where King Zora is and then looking to the left. There you will see a lone Zora standing near the top of a waterfall. Speak with him and agree to play his mini-game, which requires you to dive into the water below to obtain five scales before the timer hits zero. Completing this mini-game once will earn you the Silver Scale, allowing you to dive deeper than normal. Once you have the Silver Scale, go to the bottom of the Zora Domain and look for a large stone opening underwater. Dive and swim through the opening to be spat out in Lake Hylia. When you emerge, there will be several Zora looking for any signs of Princess Ruto. Underwater in the ruins will be a single Bottle with a message from her in it. Grab the bottle and return to the surface to add it to your collection. You can now freely use this bottle as you see fit! Empty Bottle 5 Location The final Empty Bottle is going to require the most amount of work. First, you will need to unlock Epona and complete the Forest Temple so you have the Fairy Bow. Once you have both of these, go to Hyrule as adult Link and enter through the main gate. To the right, where the guard room with all the pots used to be, the Poe Collector will set up shop. They will request that you bring them Big Poes to earn a special reward. There are ten in total (all locations shown above), but for the Empty Bottle you just need to collect five of them. This is done by going to the locations throughout Hyrule Field and looking for either a large tree branch or a stone wall with a purple lantern on it. Jumping over this while on Epona will summon a Big Poe, which you'll need to chase down and kill by hitting it with two arrows. Doing so will cause the soul to drop, so quickly get off Epona and put it into a jar. Sell five of these Big Poe souls to the Poe Collector and you will earn the fifth and last Empty Bottle in the game!
