When you and your friends first begin playing Big Walk, you're limited in what you can bring along on your next outing with you, only able to physically carry or kick items across the map as you go to bring every tool and puzzle piece with you. Backpacks And Waistbelts Are Extra Storage The tutorial area of Big Walk makes you and your friends carry the items needed to solve the drawbridge puzzle, but once you've unlocked access to the rest of the island and begin to find some of the additional tools, you'll find yourself in need of an extra hand before long. If there's no one else around to play with you, and you need more storage, though, there are ten bags you can find around the island, with Big Walk offering both backpacks and waistbags that are functionally quite the same. When you find a backpack or waistbag, your group will need to decide who gets to wear it and what they'll use it to carry, since there's only one bag per location. Someone will need to attach it to a friend for them, and you'll see the bag appear on the correlating section of their body. Friends can attach extra tools to your backpack for you before you all head out. While this is definitely a plus no matter what you find to use, you'll need to keep in mind that storage comes in different sizes. Backpacks can hold practically any item, so bigger things like puzzle-solving items are safe to affix there, but the waist bags can only hold smaller items, like the map once you find it for example. As mentioned, there's only one bag in every location, so you'll need to search far and wide across the map to find the ten unique locations in Big Walk that have a backpack or satchel, as well as one final area that has one of each. They reappear in your spawn when you save and begin a new session, though, so you won't have to hunt them down each time you play. What you're looking for is a large blue structure that almost looks like a coil from afar. On the map, it's a blue circle with a rectangle affixed to one side that shows where the entrance will be, but it's still up to you to find a way to each one. Head inside and take the backpack or waist bag from that location before moving onto your next co-op puzzle in Big Walk. All Backpack And Waist Belt Locations In Big Walk Color How to Find It Backpacks Yellow Backpack Location From where you step off the red drawbridge and gain access to the rest of the island, begin to climb the mountain just ahead of you, keeping the orange platform as something of a north star. From the structure, you can see a yellow spiral puzzle on the beach to the south that correlates to the Yellow Tower. Teal Backpack Location Due east from the yellow backpack location, across a river and up the mountain on the opposite side. You'll see several puzzles for the Yellow Tower along the way. Orange Backpack Location South of the green structure on the map in the north-eastern section of the island, along the eastern beach. Blue Backpack Location After you've left the starting area, you can still see it on your map and use it as something of a landmark. This backpack is due north of the building you start every game of Big Walk in, on the other side of the mountain range that kept you inside the tutorial area initially. You'll be able to see a part of the Red Tower puzzle from here. Pink Backpack Location This backpack is in a building in the southern area of the island, south of the mountains where you found the teal backpack. We got there by swimming from beach section to beach section from the spiral puzzle for the Yellow Tower. Red Backpack Location On a high mountainous area on the southern face of the mountains in the southernmost section of the island, almost due east from the pink backpack location but at a much different elevation. Waist Bags Yellow Waist Bag Location North of the Yellow Tower on a cliff face that overlooks it, almost due east from the teal backpack location. Orange Waist Bag Location In the northeastern section of the map, not far from the orange backpack. From the orange backpack location near the beach, follow the green structure on your map as it goes west, and you'll find another blue building with this waist satchel just east of the rocky cliffs leading into the mountains. Green Waist Bag Location On a mountainous area due east on the map from the starting location, south of the large ovular puzzle for the Red Tower. Purple Waist Bag Location After you've finished the Yellow Tower and you're following the tunnels between the towers, there will be a purple doorway you can use to find this waist bag. Teal Waist Bag Location In the same structure as the red backpack, on the southeastern corner of the island. Wearing your first backpack in Big Walk unlocks the Big Pack achievement, while your first waist satchel unlocks the Big Help trophy.
