Several users said the site is not loading on browsers including Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, while the Facebook app remains accessible on their phones.Users across several US states, including Pennsylvania, Florida, Maine, New York, Ohio, and South Dakota, reported experiencing the issue.One user reported, “I've been receiving the message ‘This site can’t be reached’ since I woke up about 4 hours ago on 8/13/26. This is after trying 3 browsers on one computer and another browser on a 2nd computer. I'm in SW PA.”Another user wrote, “Down in Pa with windows laptop.. edge and chrome,, Login cant be reached.. Works with iPhone fine.. Went down around 2:30 am.”A third user said, “Not working on Edge or Chrome here in California, but Firefox and the app on mobile device work fine.”Another Facebook user reported, “Not working on Chrome or Edge for me, either. But works on phone. (Also not on Firefox). Just tried new install (on this computer) Opera - doesn't work there either.”One more user asked, “I can access FB on my phone but not laptop.
