Wetherspoons rolls out NINE new menu items today including cult-favourite wine

And with September set to bring yet another heatwave, a refreshing drink at your locals Spoons beer garden may be the perfect solution. The menu shake-up has also seen the return of cult favourite merlot Tinto de Verano. This 125ml Coldwater Creek Merlot wine, topped with lemonade and garnished with orange and lemon, is a proven crowd-pleaser. And fans of Aperol, Sarti, and Echo Falls Blue Raspberry are also catered for with this new range. Wetherspoons has jumped on the Aperol Spritz train, serving the iconic Italian cocktail for the final days of summer. Another popular drink this year has been the Sarti Spritz, a fruity cocktail made using the pink liqueur Sarti Rosa. Most read in Money With flavours of blood orange, mango and passion fruit, it creates a seriously sweet and refreshing tipple when mixed with prosecco and soda water. And for fans of Echo Falls Blue Raspberry, a spritz made using the vibrant wine-based beverage along with lemonade and ice is the ultimate easy drinker. These drinks and more are now available from Wetherspoons locations across the UK. Nine new spritzes arriving at Wetherspoons The Wetherspoons new spritz menu will feature: Sarti Spritz: 50ml Sarti Rosa, 125ml Prosecco, topped with soda and garnished with lime Echo Falls Blue Raspberry Spritz: 175ml Echo Falls Blue Raspberry, topped with lemonade and garnished with lemon. Strawberry Spritz: 25ml strawberry & lime vodka, 125ml Prosecco, topped with lemonade and garnished with strawberry and cucumber. Hugo Spritz: 25ml Tanqueray, 25ml elderflower cordial, 125ml Prosecco, topped with soda and garnished with lime and mint. Mango & Passionfruit Spritz: 25ml Smirnoff Mango & Passionfruit, 125ml Prosecco, topped with lemonade and garnished with lemon. Classic Aperol Spritz: 50ml Aperol, 125ml Prosecco, topped with soda and garnished with orange. Peach Blush Spritz: 25ml Archers peach schnapps, 125ml Coldwater Creek Rosé, topped with lemonade and garnished with strawberry. Limoncello Spritz: 50ml Isolabella Limoncello, 125ml Prosecco, topped with soda and garnished with lemon.
