Wetherspoons reveals NINE new items hitting menus this week in major shake-up – including incredibly popular wine

WETHERSPOONS has given its menu a major shake-up with the launch of nine new beverages. The budget pub chain is launching a brand new spritz range later this week – including iconic favourites and zesty new creations. Most fans of a tipple will be familiar with the sweet nectar that is an Aperol Spritz – and Wetherspoons is set to serve the new spritz of the summer. The popularity of the Sarti Spritz has been booming throughout 2026. It’s a fruity cocktail made using Sarti Rosa, a pink liqueur from the creators of Aperol. With flavours of blood orange, mango and passion fruit, it creates a seriously sweet and refreshing tipple when mixed with prosecco and soda water. And for fans of Echo Falls Blue Raspberry, a spritz made using the vibrant wine-based beverage along with lemonade and ice is the ultimate easy drinker. Nine new spritzes arriving at Wetherspoons The Wetherspoons new spritz menu will feature: Sarti Spritz: 50ml Sarti Rosa, 125ml Prosecco, topped with soda and garnished with lime Echo Falls Blue Raspberry Spritz: 175ml Echo Falls Blue Raspberry, topped with lemonade and garnished with lemon. Strawberry Spritz: 25ml strawberry & lime vodka, 125ml Prosecco, topped with lemonade and garnished with strawberry and cucumber. Hugo Spritz: 25ml Tanqueray, 25ml elderflower cordial, 125ml Prosecco, topped with soda and garnished with lime and mint. Mango & Passionfruit Spritz: 25ml Smirnoff Mango & Passionfruit, 125ml Prosecco, topped with lemonade and garnished with lemon. Classic Aperol Spritz: 50ml Aperol, 125ml Prosecco, topped with soda and garnished with orange. Peach Blush Spritz: 25ml Archers peach schnapps, 125ml Coldwater Creek Rosé, topped with lemonade and garnished with strawberry. Limoncello Spritz: 50ml Isolabella Limoncello, 125ml Prosecco, topped with soda and garnished with lemon. Tinto de Verano: 125ml Coldwater Creek Merlot wine, topped with lemonade and garnished with orange and lemon. ‘Spoons fans will also be able to get their hands on a Strawberry Spritz, Hugo Spritz, Mango & Passionfruit Spritz, Limoncello Spritz and Peach Blush Spritz. There’s even one for red wine lovers in the form of the Tinto de Verano, made using Cold Water Creek Merlot, lemonade and an orange and lemon garnish. Most read in Money August 26 will also see another major launch arrive behind Wetherspoons bars. As part of a major exclusive, the pubs will be serving a brand new flavour of BuzzBallz customers won’t find anywhere else.
