Westlake Police Department prepares for start of deer culling season
The Westlake Police Department plans to resume its annual deer culling program this fall and winter after the Ohio Department of Natural Resources issues the necessary permits, Chief Kevin Bielozer told City Council during a Sept. 3 meeting.
