But what form those changes might take remains unclear. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei has warned that the technology could wipe out half of all entry-level white-collar jobs, while others, like Andreessen Horowitz co-founder Marc Andreessen, think AI will lead to record job and wage growth as falling prices for goods and services spur economic activity. Jack Kubinec is a reporter at The Dispatch, currently based in New York City and covering artificial intelligence. Before joining The Dispatch, he reported on crypto, most recently at Fortune Magazine. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in sociology.
