Search “Revolve trash bag” on TikTok and you’ll find plenty of people debating the controversial top. “I swear Revolve is rage-baiting us,” said one TikToker. “Please tell me we're getting punked with this outfit,” said another. “There’s no way this is not a garbage bag.” The garment in question is the Paris Georgia Liquid Top, which normally retails for a cool $450 at Revolve, though it’s currently marked down to $153. One reviewer gave the top a single star and seemingly confirmed what the internet is claiming: “It’s a trash bag.” Paris Georgia describes the top somewhat differently. Made from the brand’s “signature Liquid fabrication,” its high-shine acetate fabric is intended to create a “liquid-like appearance,” while ruching and soft tucks give it a draped, off-the-shoulder silhouette. For anyone sold on the look, there is some good news: the top is currently even cheaper directly from Paris Georgia, at $86, and it's also available in a "dusty pink" color.
