Mathur said he had eaten around half of the sandwich when he noticed a live worm moving inside the bread. The discovery left everyone at the table shocked.Mathur recorded the incident and later shared the video on social media, tagging PAUL and highlighting the presence of the worm in the sandwich. The video shows the sandwich being examined on the table, with the worm visibly moving inside the bread.PAUL APOLOGISES, SAYS INTERNAL PROBE UNDERWAYAfter the video gained attention, representatives of PAUL reportedly contacted Mathur through calls and messages and apologised for the incident.The restaurant's management described the incident as unfortunate and said customer safety and trust were its priorities.
