Watch Taylor Swift’s Eerie Video for “Patient Zero” Starring Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell

It’s tiiiiiiime. Taylor Swift dropped the highly anticipated video for her new single “Patient Zero” at the 2026 VMAs, and it’s basically a mini movie about a very dramatic relationship. The video stars Dakota Johnson as a woman dealing with her toxic husband (played by Colin Farrell) and Taylor as Colin’s ex (aka “Patient Zero”).We follow Taylor as she follows Dakota around as a ghost-like presence guiding her through relationship woes, and then find out that Colin has literally been poisoning them (TWIST).
