Watch incredible moment Brit conquers ‘world’s toughest obstacle course’ that left 20 amateur riders in a lake

SCOTTISH biking legend Danny MacAskill has shown why he’s the best in the business after becoming the only person to complete what’s been dubbed the ‘world’s craziest bike obstacle course’. MacAskill, 40, regularly shares his heroics on Instagram – but this one might be the trickiest yet. Stretching more than 200 metres across open water, the unforgiving circuit was built with three sections, each getting progressively harder. Sign up for the Sport newsletter Thank you! Danny, Kriss and 20 amateurs had to navigate a series of terrifying obstacles including a zig zag section and balancing along a tiny beam. The final section involved ride onto a pole barely wider than the tyres of the bike he was riding to reach the finish line. One single mistake risked sending riders plunging into the bitterly cold water below, testing even the most seasoned professionals to their very limits. The brutal course quickly proved too much for the 20 amateurs, leaving Danny and Kriss to battle it out. Kriss used his trademark high-action style, and pushed deeper and deeper into the course, before admitting defeat on the penultimate obstacle. Danny, meanwhile, adopted a more methodical approach.
