WATCH: 1,287 OVP confidential funds payees have no civil records

MANILA, Philippines – Of the 1,992 payees listed by the Office of the Vice President (OVP) as recipients of confidential funds, 1,287 were found to have no record of birth, marriage, or death, Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Assistant National Statistician Marizza Grande tells impeachment court on Monday, Sept. 7.
