Whether you are on the go or staying at home, there will always come a time where you need to shop for essential products.No matter what you’re shopping for, you might encounter a recalled product that can put your life or your family’s life at risk — which is why staying informed matters.Walmart has a list of recalled products sold at its stores and online, with categories for food, general products and prescription medications.Here are some of the latest Walmart recalls you need to know.Rechargeable hand warmersKobayashi is recalling 77,000 HotHands rechargeable hand warmers and Gobi Heat is recalling 5,500 Gobi Heat rechargeable hand warmers due to fire and burn risks.According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the lithium-ion battery and electrical components of the recalled hand warmers can overheat and ignite, causing the hand warmers to catch fire and burn.No injuries have been reported for either company’s hand warmers.For more information about both hand warmer recalls, check out Gobi Heat’s recall notice and Kobayashi’s recall notice.Electric balloon pumpsDollar Tree is recalling more than 360,000 electric balloon pumps over concerns they may overheat and cause burns, according to the CPSC.No injuries have been reported, but the company received three reports of the pumps overheating.The company also received reports of flames inside one unit and an explosion in another.For more information about this recall, read the CPSC notice.Italian Lemon Alfredo FettuccineGias Foods of New York, N.Y., is recalling all lots of bettergoods Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine due to listeria contamination, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.According to a recall notice from Gias Foods, the product in question is a 22-ounce, yellow plastic bag with UPC# 194346442706 marked with lot # L6079C or # L6080C.It has an expiration date of 09/19/2027 or 09/20/2027 stamped on the back of the product’s packaging.No illnesses have been reported to date.Consumers who have purchased the frozen pasta are urged to return it to their place of purchase for a full refund.
