The Company currently has 1,830,849,901 Common Shares issued and outstanding, and assuming completion of the proposed Share Consolidation on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Share for every 20 pre-consolidation Common Shares, the Company will have 91,542,495 Common Shares issued and outstanding. The Company also proposes to change its name to Sunday Lake Gold Corp.
