Visakhapatnam to host AP Chambers Business Expo from September 11

Abhishikth Kishore has said the development of all sectors should remain the focus of Visakhapatnam’s growth, and said small and medium enterprises should be encouraged to strengthen the region’s economy.At a meeting organised by the Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation (AP Chambers) at a hotel on Old Jail Road on Saturday (July 25, 2026), he released the brochure for the AP Chambers Business Expo scheduled from September 11 to 13.The Collector said the expo, being organised in Visakhapatnam for the first time with a focus on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises, was a commendable effort. He described the city as a hub of opportunities and employment and urged all stakeholders to contribute to its development.Mr. Kishore said Andhra Pradesh was attracting 25% of the investments coming into the country, and that a significant share was flowing to the erstwhile Visakhapatnam district. He added that the government was giving special attention to the Visakhapatnam Economic Region and the Bay City concept. AP Chambers Visakhapatnam Zone chairman P.
