Vo Thi Cam Tu, Managing Director, VinFast E-Scooters Overseas Market, said India is a key market in the company’s global growth strategy, citing the country's scale, rising demand for electric mobility and potential for long-term growth.Anurag Saxena, CEO, VinFast India E-Scooters, said the partnership with more than 50 dealers marks the beginning of the company’s nationwide e-motorcycle expansion. He added that VinFast is simultaneously working on charging infrastructure and after-sales services to support customers across its network. VinFast entered India’s green mobility market in 2025, initially focusing on electric cars through distribution, manufacturing and assembly activities. The latest dealer agreements mark the company’s first dedicated distribution network for its e-motorcycle business in India.India remains the world’s largest two-wheeler market. VinFast cites 21.41 million two-wheelers registered during FY2025-26, with electric vehicles accounting for 6.54% of the total.
