If you free him, you can find him in different areas of the map, with hideouts filled with treasure. You can trade with him for upgrade resources, or you can do a little treasure hunting for him. When you find these hideouts, he'll ask you to recover three items from the current area, which you can exchange with him for a reward. Where To Find Quick Hand Zhang's Hideout In The Village Of Lu You can find Quick Hand Zhang's treasures in the Village of Lu without finding his hideout, but they won't do you any good unless you find him. You can't take them to a different hideout in a different location, so it's crucial to know where he is. Otherwise, you can't trade them for anything else or sell them anywhere. To find his hideout, you can go from the Well of the Three Puppets and head North through the gate that was initially blocked from the other side. Make a right and jump down into the river, then continue north until you see a small cave entrance just to the left of the waterfall. Make your way through the cave, and you'll find his signature throwing knife with gold coins hanging from it, showing you're on the right path. Climb up through the cave and use the Hunter's Chain Sickle to grapple up to the top, where you'll be greeted by the bell at the mouth of the hideout. Where To Find The Wedding Candles To find the Wedding Candles, start from the Well of the Three Puppets and head West. Go up the path until you reach the house with the trail of blood leading out of it. Against all intuition, you'll have to go into that house, where a lovely lady and her kids will greet you. After you defeat the Village Auntie, head into the room on the left and go up the ladder. Upstairs, you'll find a room filled with sitting puppets that won't attack you, even though their heads track your every move. Carry on through this room until you reach the shrine at the end; to the left of that shrine is a chest. The wedding candles are in this chest. Where To Find The Twin Jade Pendant While the Village Auntie isn't the easiest enemy in the game, the Twin Jade Pendant will take a boss fight to retrieve. Once you reach the Statue Grounds Entrance, you'll encounter Master Bi Yuan, one of the three masters you need to defeat to open the Well of the Three Puppets. You can't get to the chest with the Twin Jade Pendant without fighting Master Bi Yuan. After you beat him, a Crane Bell will appear in the courtyard. After you watch that memory, you can go to the right side of the courtyard and enter that building. On the other side, on the left, you can climb a wooden wall to reach the shrine behind the courtyard. Just in front of that shrine is a chest, and inside it is the Twin Jade Pendant. Where To Find The Unveiled Statue The Unveiled Statue is close to the Twin Jade Pendant on paper, but you have to go the long way around to get to it. You'll have to go past the Smuggler's Treasure Cellar, up past the Terraces, through the building with the Engine Giant Remains, and then outside until you reach the zipline. Ride the first zipline down to the rooftop, then take the next one down to the ground level. As soon as you land, turn around and you'll find a large hole with a rope leading down into a flooded cave. Fight through the enemies in that cave, and you'll find a chest that contains the Unveiled Statue.
