The Vikings came out of cut-down day with four quarterbacks on their 53-man roster. Now, they’ll be going down to three. Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Minnesota is waiving Max Brosmer. The Vikings needed a roster spot after claiming a pair of players off waivers. Brosmer entered the league as an undrafted free agent last year after five collegiate seasons with New Hampshire and one with Minnesota. He appeared in seven games with two starts as a rookie, completing 66.2 percent of his passes for 328 yards with no touchdowns and four interceptions. Brosmer could be brought back on Minnesota’s practice squad if he clears waivers.The Vikings still have Carson Wentz and J.J McCarthy behind starting quarterback Kyler Murray on their roster.
