Video: Woman grabs domestic help's face, pulls her hair at posh Gurugram apartment

A video showing a woman assaulting a domestic help inside a posh apartment in Gurugram has gone viral on social media, prompting police to register an FIR and launch an investigation. The incident took place on July 24 at DLF The Camellias in Sector 42.The video, shot by a neighbour, shows the domestic help inside a kitchen when a woman, believed to be her employer and the flat owner, approaches her. The woman then shoves her, grabs her face and pulls her hair. She is also seen appearing to threaten her.Following the video's circulation on social media, police took note and registered an FIR under Sections 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt) and 127(2) (wrongful confinement) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against unknown persons.Police said preliminary investigation found that the assault was carried out by the flat owner.
