Within seconds, what appears to be a routine traffic crossing turns chaotic, with screams and panic following the series of collisions.SUV BELONGED TO FORMER CONGRESS MINISTER'S WIFEThe SUV involved in the crash reportedly belongs to the wife of former Congress minister and MLA Ashok Chandna. At the time of the accident, the vehicle was being driven by a relative of the Congress leader.
