It wrote to her in June saying it will cost £245 to renew the ­application plus one class of goods or services she wants it to apply to. A source close to the former Spice Girl said: “The original application was just a formality. Brooklyn has had control of his trademark since he turned 18. “The paperwork is renewed periodically but it was only ever in the name of his parents because it was taken out when he was a minor.” Having an IPO trademark in the UK means anyone trying to make money out of the person or brand’s name can face legal action. Relations between the Beckhams and their eldest child have been fraught since his 2022 wedding to US heiress Nicole Peltz, 31. In January, Brooklyn posted a savage six-page Instagram rant about his family, including accusations his parents tried to get him to sign away rights to his name.
